Please read these Terms carefully before using SignalCard™. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignalCard™ ("Service"), operated by JackpotDistributions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SignalCard™ is an AI-powered digital business card platform. The Service allows users to:
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the Service through your account.
Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription at $49.00 USD per month (the "Signal Plan"). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
Payments are processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal's terms of service and authorize recurring monthly charges to your PayPal account or linked payment method.
Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your signup date. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account at paypal.com/myaccount/autopay. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@signalcard.app within 7 days of the charge.
The copy, images, and other content generated by the Service ("AI Content") are produced by artificial intelligence models including OpenAI's GPT-4o and image generation systems. AI Content is generated based on the business information you provide.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing AI Content on your card. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI Content for any particular purpose. Before publishing, you must ensure all claims, numbers, and statements in your AI Content are truthful and not misleading.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you all right, title, and interest in the AI Content generated specifically for your card, to the extent such rights are assignable.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice or refund.
Analytics collected about visitors to your card (views, clicks, shares, referrers) belong to you. We do not sell or share your card's visitor analytics with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
The SignalCard™ platform, software, brand, and all non-AI-generated content are owned by JackpotDistributions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our written permission.
The "SignalCard™" and "Signal Loop" names and marks are trademarks of JackpotDistributions LLC.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee any specific results from using AI Content on your card, including business outcomes, leads, sales, or revenue.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JACKPOTDISTRIBUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JackpotDistributions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your AI Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination in case of dispute, then delete it.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing us at info@signalcard.app.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in any representative capacity.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JackpotDistributions LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may assign these Terms without restriction; you may not.
